We are implementing single sign-on functionality between support.prontoforms.com and live.prontoforms.com. When this change takes effect, you must use your ProntoForms username and password to login to the support site. Login is required in order to see ticket status, and to post to community forums.
When will the change take effect?
The change is scheduled for Wednesday, March 13 at 5:00pm EDT (GMT -4:00).
What if I am unable to access my support account after the change?
If you have forgotten your ProntoForms account information or wish to reset your password, please use the account recovery tool at https://live.prontoforms.com/security/recover_account.
