The ProntoForms Cloud Service and Administration Portal will be unavailable to users due to maintenance on Sunday, April 27 from 07:00 until 12:00 EDT (UTC -4:00).
You will still be able to fill in forms during this period, and then can send them in when the service is back online.

It's 3:24 EDT and I'm still experiencing issues with form submittal.
Forms submitting now, however data destinations not working. Email or Dropbox destinations are not working, poor planning to complete maintenance with all support offices closed and trouble ticket system not being monitored.
I see forms showing up as uploaded but not processed on the Pronto side....also no sent from device date..very concerning at this point with no communications from Pronto Team.
Same issue as Mike Sunderland. I have forms submitted and not processed on the Pronto side.
We experienced some issues following the maintenance period today which delayed the processing of data destinations. This will have delayed the processing of document generation (PDF) and transmission of notifications and documents to their destinations.
These issues were resolved at approximately 20:00 EDT (UTC -4). The backlog of data destinations has since been cleared. If you still have not received your form submissions to your data destinations, please contact support.
