We are experiencing intermittent network connectivity problems that are causing some send/receives to fail. You may also receive processing error emails from firstname.lastname@example.org or see delays in using the ProntoForms Portal. The problem lies with our Cloud Service and Hosting Provider. They are aware of and working on the problem.
The effect that this outage is having on ProntoForms is intermittent, with most or all processing failures succeeding on subsequent retry.
