Heartbleed Vulnerability

As you may be aware, a serious security flaw with OpenSSL was widely publicized on April 7, 2014.  OpenSSL is a commonly used software library that enables SSL encryption for many sites and services on the internet.  More information on the vulnerability known as CVE-2014-0160 is available on the US-CERT web site.

All ProntoForms services that were affected by the vulnerability were patched on April 8, 2014.  As a precaution, the SSL certificates in use for ProntoForms services have been re-issued.

While we have no evidence that user credentials and data in ProntoForms have been compromised, it is considered best practice to change your internet passwords, including those with ProntoForms.

Your ProntoForms password can be changed from the web portal or from the mobile app, using the following instructions:  https://support.prontoforms.com/entries/22141196
