We experienced some issues following the maintenance period today which delayed the processing of data destinations. This will have delayed the processing of document generation (PDF) and transmission of notifications and documents to their destinations.
These issues were resolved at approximately 20:00 EDT (UTC -4). The backlog of data destinations has since been cleared. If you still have not received your form submissions to your data destinations, please contact support.
