How ProntoForms works

Collect data in the field

Use the ProntoForms mobile app to fill out forms on a smartphone or tablet.  Collect rich data like signatures, sketches, images, and barcodes.

Manage your forms in the web portal

Use the web administration portal to create, manage, and dispatch forms. View and access submitted data, and set up connections to other systems and services.

Connect your data to other systems

With over 25 connection options, it’s easy to link mobile forms to the services you already use for automatic backup, storage, and sharing.  See more of our connection options.

Does ProntoForms work offline?

Definitely.  When working offline in the field, submitted forms are safely stored in the app, along with any date/time and GPS stamps collected.  Once you're back online, your saved forms will send, and your configured notifications and data connections will execute.

What devices can my team use ProntoForms on? Can they use their own?

Yes. ProntoForms works on every major mobile device platform -- iPad/iPhone, Android, and Windows 10. This allows you to use a BYOD (bring your own device) policy with your team -- keeping your costs down and letting your team use the smartphone or tablet they are already comfortable using.

Can mobile forms be filled out on a computer?

Sure.  While mobile forms are typically filled out on a smartphone or tablet, you can download an app for any device running Windows 10.

Can I use my parts, price, and customer lists in mobile forms?

Absolutely.  Host your data in ProntoForms, or in the cloud service of your choice.  These lists are automatically synced to your mobile forms to ensure workers always have the most up-to-date information available when in the field.
