Enable instant reporting and real-time visibility of field performance.  

When a form is submitted, you can instantly: 

  • Email completed reports to office staff
  • Send invoices to a customer email address collected in a form
  • Notify a field service manager to critical issues in the field by SMS 

Email notifications are already configured by default.

When a form is submitted, the data can instantly be routed to any of the cloud or enterprise services ProntoForms integrates with.  "Data Destinations" make it easy to instantly back up and store your data in the service of your choice. 

To set up a data destination:

  1. In the web portal, go to Manage Forms Data Destinations.
  2. Select  createDD.png.
  3. Choose the service you wish to send your data to. 
  4. Setup requirements differ based on your selection.
  5. Connect the data destination to your form.

Submitted forms routed through data destinations can be sent in a variety of formats. 

  • Customer-facing documents (PDF/Word/HTML)

  • Calendar invites (iCal) and business cards
