Forms are organized in folders called FormSpaces. In the web portal, all navigation is within each separate FormSpace. Only administrators and users with Can Create permissions can locate forms in the web portal.
Under the Manage Forms drop down, under In This FormSpace, select List Forms to view all existing forms.
If the desired forms are not listed, it could be because they are stored under a different FormSpace. Under the Manage Forms tab and Current FormSpace subheading, click (Switch) under the Current FormSpace subheading (highlighted here in red).
Select the desired FormSpace from the list displayed by clicking on its name. Currently active FormSpaces will not be clickable.
To access the Forms in the newly active FormSpace, repeat Step 1.
