If you are not receiving any submitted forms at your configured Data Destinations, your security solutions (firewall, security filters, etc.) may be blocking connections from ProntoForms servers. Please contact your network administrator or check your firewall to ensure you are not blocking ProntoForms IPs.

Whitelisting all of these IPs will ensure that all data will be transmitted to you from the ProntoForms app servers.
ProntoForms employs trusted sub-processors to secure and maintain our dedicated email servers. As security is our priority, all messages are properly secured using the latest encryption technologies and security best practices.
By default, when you configure an email destination in the ProntoForms system, it is sent from one of ProntoForms dedicated IP addresses. ProntoForms has invested in dedicated email servers so that our customers can enjoy inherently stronger email security.

The IPs listed above are used by default for all email sent from the ProntoForms system. You may wish to configure your email destinations to utilize your own SMTP servers instead. It is important to note that this routing will apply to only the destinations which you have appropriately configured to use your SMTP servers. All ProntoForms Admin emails, such as password reset emails, will continue to be sent from the trusted ProntoForms IPs listed above.
As some spam filters and firewalls filter by domain instead of IP, please add these domains to your whitelist:
