The Google Connection links ProntoForms to a Google account, allowing the use of the Google Drive Data Destination, and the Google Apps Spreadsheet Data Source. Note that the Connection will only be used if referenced in a Data Destination or Data Source configuration.
A Google connection can be used with the following:
- Data Source
- Data Destinations
Enterprise and Cloud Connections link to external services from which data sources can import data, and to which data destinations can route data. Read more about Connections here.
- Name the Connection and optionally provide a description.
- Select the FormSpaces that are allowed to use this connection. This step will be skipped if creating a new connection while creating a Data Destination or Data Source, as the connection will automatically be linked to the FormSpace the Data Destination or Data Source is in.
- Google Permissions Granted: Specify which Google services the connection can access; Google Drive, and Google Apps Spreadsheets are available.
- Select the Connect button and enter the credentials to associate your ProntoForms account with your Google account. When prompted, allow ProntoForms to access your information.
- Click the Create button.
