The Microsoft Sites Document Library is used to link a ProntoForms Microsoft Sites Document Library Destination to Microsoft Sites (also known as Sharepoint Online), allowing organizations to archive and share submitted ProntoForms data. Note that the Connection will only be used if referenced in the Microsoft Sites Document Library Data Destination configuration.
Enterprise and Cloud Connections link to external services from which data sources can import data, and to which data destinations can route data. Read more about Connections here.
To successfully use the Microsoft Sites Document Library connection, the connection must be created by a user with Contribute or higher permissions in the appropriate Site. Under the default Microsoft Sites or Sharepoint Online permissions, this requires the user creating the connection to be a Member or higher. - Name the Connection and optionally provide a description.
- Select the FormSpaces that are allowed to use this connection. This step will be skipped if creating a new connection while creating a Data Destination or Data Source, as the connection will automatically be linked to the FormSpace the Data Destination or Data Source is in.
- Enter the Microsoft Sites Domain Name: This is your sharepoint.com prefix. For those ProntoForms users with the Small Business version of Office 365, it is important to use http:// as the prefix for your Domain Name. Enterprise and ProPlus Users must use https:// .
- Enter the Username/Password: Enter your full Office 365 username or email (ex. "firstname.lastname@example.org") and password.
- Click the Create button.
