How can I update my current payment information for ProntoForms?
If you are trying to update your payment information, this can be done by email or phone:
Please contact AR@prontoforms.com. Please do not pass along any personal or payment information within the initial inquiry. Shortly after sending the email, an individual from our Finance team will reach out to schedule a call or reply to your email in order to change or update your payment information.
Please dial the main ProntoForms number and choose option 4 to be directed to our billing department:
I need to update my credit card on file for billing purposes.
Due to a Credit Card being compromised, I need to UPDATE the Credit Card you have on file for monthly billing.
