I've uploaded a manual data source and referenced it in a question, but it doesn't seem to be populating data in forms. Why?
Your data source may not be populating any information in your form question because the data source file that was uploaded is not formatted properly. In order for the form to pull this data into a question, please ensure the column in the data source has a title above the information.
If you are unsure about this, please click on the data source and beside the name of the data source there will be a drop down that says "Download as CSV" (See screenshot below)
Once you have done this, check to see if there is a title in the column of the CSV. If it is missing please insert a row to add this. Save the CSV file and re-upload this to the data source so that it will start pulling the right file.
