User Access Revoked showing on User Account in Portal



Why is a User on my Team showing the following message when viewing their profile on Portal and how can I fix this?

User access revoked (User Billing is Suspended)




Please see the list below for reasons this may be occurring: 

  • Payment issue (such as an expired card being processed for a payment, or a declined payment) 
  • Licenses have been removed which directly affected this account
  • Team has been Suspended or removed
  • Your Teams Trial period is over

For any of the above reasons please contact either Support at or your Customer Success Manager to look into this for you.
