Why is a User on my Team showing the following message when viewing their profile on Portal and how can I fix this?
User access revoked (User Billing is Suspended)
Please see the list below for reasons this may be occurring:
- Payment issue (such as an expired card being processed for a payment, or a declined payment)
- Licenses have been removed which directly affected this account
- Team has been Suspended or removed
- Your Teams Trial period is over
