How do I delete a user and remove their licenses through AT&T?



I am an AT&T customer trying to delete a user and remove their license, who do I contact to go about this?

In order to delete and remove a user/license while being an AT&T client you will need to speak with AT&T directly. Please note that this article will not be reflected for our AT&T users.

This process needs to go through AT&T directly. If you do not know who your representative is please look at your last bill and the phone number to get in touch will be in the top corner.
