Error message“ Unable to Connect to Server” or “ Check Server Settings”

Why is the Pronto Forms application popping up with error message saying "Unable to Connect to Server or "Check Server Settings"?

Resolution

You may be receiving this error because the device you are attempting to connect to Pronto Forms has an operating system too far out of date to function with the app. You need to update to the newest operating system; however, older devices may not be able to update to the newest operating system and in that case it will be incompatible with our application. 

Please check this article Supported Operating Systems for ProntoForms to see if the operating system you are running is supported.
