On a submission I am seeing an error on a Salesforce Destination stating:
"Error, Execution Failure: Processor Create a lead failed to execute: Execution Failure: There was an error with the Salesforce API call: We can't save this record because the “test” process failed. Give your Salesforce admin these details. An unhandled fault has occurred in this flow"
Where is this error coming from and how can I fix it?
This error indicates an issue on the Salesforce side. The person who last edited the flow in the Salesforce account should have received an email with full details of said error, that ProntoForms will not have access to. With this email you will be able to reach out to Salesforce directly to pinpoint what value their server does not accept.
Please create a ticket with Salesforce and attach the details of the email you receive so they can help figure out where this error is coming from.
