Prerequisites
Your ProntoForms Team must be in the Enterprise tier.
You must have the Windows, iOS, or Android ProntoForms app 12.0 or later installed on your device.
You must be a ProntoForms Mobile Device user with Can Submit permissions in the FormSpace.
You must have access to at least one form with ProntoForms Teamwork enabled.
To claim a form, your ProntoForms Team must have the Search box enabled in the Mobile App.
Info:The topic Enable the Mobile Search feature describes how to enable the Search box.
Transfer a ProntoForms Teamwork form
Open a form that has ProntoForms Teamwork enabled. To do this, you can either
go to your Inbox and open a form that your supervisor or team lead dispatched to you or sent you for editing, or
go to Forms and open a new form. To do this, your supervisor or team lead must configure the form to be accessible from the Forms tab.
Note:If your supervisor or team lead dispatches a ProntoForms Teamwork-enabled form to you, you can’t decline it. If you don’t want to accept the form, you can Transfer it instead.
In the following example, a supervisor dispatches a form with partially completed information to a delivery driver.
Answer the questions as you normally would. You can leave any questions, including required questions, unanswered.
In the example, the driver can't complete the delivery. The driver must make the form available to other team members to attempt delivery on a different day.
Tip:When you transfer an incomplete form, you can include answers for the next user to review, even if they have errors. For example, if an image question has a limit of two images, and you include three, you can still transfer the form. The user who then works on that form can decide which two of the three images to submit when they complete the form.
The way that you transfer the form depends on your device.
iOS iPhone: Select Back, and then select Close > Transfer > OK.
iOS iPad: Select Close > Transfer > OK.
Android: Select the action menu, and then select Transfer > CONFIRM > OK.
Windows 10: Select the action menu, and then select Transfer > Transfer > OK.
Result: Your transferred form becomes available to other users. This means that your supervisor or team lead can use the Web Portal to reassign the incomplete form to a different user. Or, another user can search for the form and claim it in the Mobile AppSearch tab.

Search for, claim, and submit a ProntoForms Teamwork incomplete form
This section explains how to search for an incomplete form and claim it.
Note:For you or other users to claim an incomplete form, your ProntoForms Team must have Search enabled.
Incomplete Form Submissions can also be reassigned by a supervisor or team lead.
Info:The topic Manage a ProntoForms Teamwork Workflow explains how to reassign incomplete Form Submissions.
Go to Search and search for a transferred form by name.
Result: The app displays a list of matching Form Submissions. Form Submissions that you can claim are marked as Incomplete, as shown in the following image.
Select the form you want to claim.
To view the information provided by previous users, select View Documents. This prompts you to download a file that contains the answers provided so far.
For example, the delivery driver can see that the previous delivery attempt failed because of poor road conditions due to weather. They can then decide if another delivery attempt is advisable, based on the current conditions.
Select Claim Form > Confirm.
Result: The system assigns the form to you and opens it automatically. The system stores all claimed Form Submissions in your Inbox.
Note:Only one user at a time can claim a form.
Continue to complete the form. You can answer unanswered questions, and you can change previous answers.
In this example, the delivery driver completes the delivery and fills out all the required fields.
