V1 Forms tab
The list of V1 forms includes forms in the following states:
Draft—has never been available to users (never deployed)
Active—currently available to users with FormSpace access.
Active with Draft—currently available to users (previously deployed) with another version in progress
Archived—currently unavailable to users
The report includes information that helps you plan to convert your V1 forms and documents to V2. For example, the columns Last Dispatched Date and Last Submitted Date indicate how recently a form was used. This information can help you identify obsolete forms that you might want to archive.
Info:If a form is locked, you don’t need to contact ProntoForms to unlock it. You can archive or convert the form to a V2 form yourself.
The Documents tab includes information that helps you identify documents that you might need to change to a V2 version so that you can continue to use them.
