We have a form in which our techs sometimes need to enter a customers' email address. Not being the most technologically proficient users they sometimes mis-type the customers' email address. These completed forms also get sent to internal support people and of course a copy to the tech themselves.
Is there any way to notify the tech if perhaps they entered an incorrect email address which would result in a undeliverable email notification being generated by the receiving mail server? Basically just looking for a way to confirm the email they think they send did indeed go out.
This is typically a misspelling of the customers email address
